Die cut white stars in different sizes and glue to the front of the card base randomly. Adhere the flag on top of the stars. Color Jeannie as desired and fussy cut. Adhere Jeannie with foam tape. Stamp sentiment, sprinkle with embossing powder and heat. Adhere to card with foam tape. Adhere sequins randomly. Add Glossy Accents to the stars on the flag and let dry completely.
