Adhere a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ patterned paper to card base. Color image as desired with desired medium. Die cut frame, circle of stars, and sentiment. The background is second generation by adding water to a previous design with stencils and Altenew ink. I dipped a watercolor card over the sprayed stencil -ink and rolled. Let dry completely, back with a black card and adhere to card base with foam tape. Adhere frame and circle as shown and adhere image with foam tape. Back sentiment with vellum and adhere. Add pearls randomly.
