Die cut the Circle Background out of white card. Trim the Watercolor paper to fit behind it, adhere the pieces together and then adhere it to the card base. Adhere a few of the circles back into their places as shown. Die cut the sentiment out of white card and the shadow out of coordinating card, adhere together and the affix to the card base. Add sequins as desired.
