Ink blend colors over the stencil in rainbow order, let dry. Stamp script and Rough It Up stamp over the blended ink. Die cut with largest dotted rectangle die, adhere to black card base. Stamp butterflies on white card in black ink, sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat. Die cut. Stamp the sentiment in black on white card and then shadow with black card. Adhere butterflies and sentiment with foam tape. Add gems as desired.
