Stamp the gifts and balloons and color as desired, die cut. Use the glitter pen to add sparkle to the gifts and balloons. Choose an ombre pattern paper and die cut with the largest Marquee rectangle. Adhere to a coordinating solid card and adhere that to the card base. Stamp the sentiment in black ink, sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat. Adhere the gifts with foam tape and the balloons with adhesive. Adhere the gems as desired.
