Dry Embossing

Dry Emboss the craft paper with the Happy Birthday folder after die cutting the rectangle.  Slightly rough up the raised portion of some of the letters.  Die cut the gears and clock out of a coordinating paper and adhere to the embossed card.  Die cut one of the Gentleman out of black card and adhere it over the clock and gears.  Stamp and die cut sentiment and adhere with foam tape.  Add stars and sequin as desired.  Adhere embossed panel to black card and adhere to card front.  Use Distress Oxide ink pads to add dimension and to “grunge up” the white border of card base.
