Emboss a 4″ x 5 1/4″ white card with Bubbles, adhere to card front. Foil solid toner sheet with the Shattered Blue CheerFoil, die cut with the large Wavy die. Adhere to card front with foam tape. Stamp mermaid and color as desired and die cut. Die cut grass and fish, ink blend and adhere to card. Nestle mermaid into grass and adhere with foam tape. Add clear gems in front of fish. Add glitter pen to grass, mermaid and fish.
