Die cut the fringe out of different colors of green card and adhere to a scrap of white card, die cut the clover out of the fringe. Two examples can be seen here with the fringe glued down completely on the left side and left free on the right side. Dry emboss the background and adhere to the card base. Adhere clover and sentiment with foam tape. Add sequins as desired. Easily batched.
