Foil dots and snowflake panels with Icicles foil. Foil mittens panel with Shattered Blue and Cherry Red foil. Cut the dots and snowflake panels to 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″. Cut the mittens to 2″ x 4 3/4″. Layer a black card behind each panel and adhere as shown. Die cut snowman and shadow. Use glitter card for scarves. Adhere to front with foam tape. Stamp sentiment, sprinkle with embossing powder and heat. Adhere to snowman and adhere sequins as desired.
