Foil the Snowflake Frames.  Cut to size and shadow with a slightly larger black card, adhere to card base.  Stamp and die cut Frostie and color as desired, adhere to card base with foam tape.  Stamp sentiment in clear embossing ink / black ink, sprinkle with white or clear embossing powder and heat, die cut and adhere under Frostie.  Die cut snowflakes and adhere to card as desired.  Add sequins.
