Stencil three of the posies onto a white card, sprinkle with embossing powder and heat. Dry emboss the panel with the Whimsy folder. Trim to size, layer on top of a green card and adhere to card base with foam tape. Add sequins to flower centers and adhere the sentiment with foam tape.
