• foam tape
• A2 card base

On a white card stencil the Party Time pattern with the Lunar Paste.  Let dry completely and then die cut with the largest rectangle, adhere to a black card base.  Die cut the balloons and color as desired.  Use the glitter pen and white gel pen to add sparkle and dimension.  Adhere the balloons with foam tape.  Die cut the sentiment and adhere with foam tape as shown.  Adhere the pearls as desired.
