Scrap Paper Quick Cards

• Scrap patterned paper cut into strips

• clear embossing ink
• clear embossing powder
• heat tool
• This Calls For Confetti Silver Flat-back Pearls

• foam tape
• A2 card base

Use up those scraps of paper by cutting them into strips and covering an A2 size card.  Here the card was covered diagonally, I cut it in half to create two cards.  I stamped the polka dots directly onto the card bases with clear embossing ink and powder then heated.  It gave the background some added texture and interest.  I then simply added the strips panel, a large sentiment and pearls to finish.
