It’s fun to make a card where everything sparkles and shines! To get the sentiment to be very white and bright on the black cardstock, I first stamped the sentiment in bright white pigment ink and then sprinkled it with bright white embossing powder and then heated. The Wavy check background is heat embossed with clear embossing powder to add shine to the background. The City Lights foil and Disco cardstock tops it all off with additional sparkle.
