Rubber Stamp: Sentiment by Inkadinkado
Tools: Quilling tool, glue, Memento “Potter’s Clay” dye ink, Sakura orange “Stardust” Gelly Roll pen
Paper: Mustard and ivory cardstock, orange/red patterned paper, 1/8″ quilling paper strips in orange, red, yellow, tan and green
Quilling directions: For 5 point maple leaf roll 3 – 9″ strips and form into marquis shape. Roll 2 – 4 1/2″ strips into marquis shape. For the stem fold a 1″ strip in half and curve at the end. Repeat the steps for each color.
For the 7 point maple leaf follow the same directions for the 5 point leaf but create to more leaves by rolling a 3″ inch length of paper strip and form into marquis shape.
For the leaves with the long stem roll 5 – 4 1/2″ lengths of paper and form into marquis shapes. For the stem fold a 2″ length of paper strip in half.
Create 5 other leaves in various lengths and colors and form into the marquis shape.
After stamping the sentiment, trace over the letters with the Gelly Roll pen.
