Cover floral stamp with Nuvo Clear Mark embossing ink and stamp on to the center, lower half of the card base. Sprinkle white embossing powder over the image and heat set. Using watercolors and a paintbrush, paint over the image as shown. Let dry. Die cut the sentiment once in black and the sentiment background three times in white. Glue all three backgrounds together and glue the black sentiment on top. Glue the sentiment to the center of the watercolored image. Stamp LDRS sentiment in black and die cut with coordinating die. Ink blend the edges in black. Glue to the upper portion of the card base above the image. Using low tack tape, “tape off” a thin border around the image on each side and ink blend with a black dauber. Adhere the clear gems to the card base as shown.
