Ink blend a 3 3/4″ x 5″ panel with Distress Oxides. Dry emboss the panel with the Zen Garden embossing folder. With a light hand, sand over the raised portion of the image leaving the white card stock to show through. With the small dot stamp, stamp the A2 card by “stamping off” the dot on scrap paper once or twice before stamping the card. Stamp the sentiment with embossing ink on to a 1″ strip of vellum, sprinkle the white embossing powder over it and heat set. Cut two thin strips of white card stock to place under the vellum as shown. Tape the vellum to the backside of the inked/embossed panel. Adhere the panel on to the card base. Adhere the white dots to the vellum as shown.
