Choose various colors of washi tape. Cover half of a 6″ x 8 1/2″ piece of cardstock (about a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ area). Die cut the card base so that the washi tape becomes the front of the card. Die cut the Hello out of desired color of cardstock and ink edges. Glue on top of the washi tape. Stamp and die cut sentiment. Die cut three banners to layer, then glue on top of each other and ink edge. Glue sentiment on top of Hello as shown. Tie a jute bow and glue dot on to the upper left corner. Using glue dots, adhere flowers as shown and glue pearls to center of each flower.
