- black, white and blue card stock
- patterned paper
- black ink pad

- A2 card base
Cut a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 black card and round two of the opposite corners. Cut a 4 x 5 1/4 blue card and round the same two corners. Cut a 3 3/4 x 5 patterned paper and round the same two corners. Layer and adhere together, than affix to the card base. Stamp the flower image on white card in black ink and trim with the deckle edge trimmer. Color the petals and center with Copic Markers. Layer on top of a slightly larger white card and again on top of a larger blue card as shown. Use the glitter pen to add sparker to the petals. Add gems and sentiment. Attach flower panel to card with foam tape.
