Cut a 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel out of white cardstock. Using embossing ink, stamp panel with Concord & 9th Turnabout stamp. Sprinkle with glitter embossing powder and heat. Die cut various colors of cardstock with the Skinny Stripes die, adhere to the center of embossed panel. Stamp Happy Holidays sentiment in upper left corner with black ink. Punch Gnomies from WRMK Word Punch Board and adhere to the bottom right corner. Color three gnomes as you wish with your chosen medium and die cut out each gnome. Adhere to center of card with foam tape. Glue a red rhinestone to each of the ends of their hats and two pearls to their shoes. Use glitter pen on their beards and mustaches. Adhere the panel with foam tape to a 4 1/4′ x 5 1/2″ card base.
