Die cut second to the largest Postage Stamp die and adhere to the card base. Cut a 3 1/4 x 4 1/2 white panel. Using 4 or 5 different washi tape colors, start in the center top and angle tape toward lower right corner. Then repeat with additional colors toward the bottom left corner of panel. Die cut Dad twice and dry emboss one set with the Swiss Dots folder, glue together. Adhere to the top of the card. Stamp sentiment on white card, sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat. Cut out leaving a thin border. Adhere with foam tape to card as shown.
