For the first or blue card, cut a 4″ x 5 1/4″ blue panel and round the corners. Adhere the panel directly to the card base. Attach the paper topper to the blue panel with foam tape. Adhere the sentiment to the topper with foam tape. For the second or green card, cut a 2 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ panel of green patterned paper and adhere it to the left side of the card base. Adhere the craft topper to the center of the card base with foam tape. Adhere the sentiment to the lower left side of the card with foam tape.
