Cut a black card to 4 x 5 1/4 and glue to card base.. Cut a white card slightly larger and round the corners. Lay the stencil over the white card and blend ink with brushes as desired. Let dry. Stamp sentiment over the stenciled image and sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat. Color in the sentiment with black ink pen. When black ink is dry, color over top with glitter pen. Randomly adhere rhinestones as desired. Glue stenciled panel to card base.
