Ink blend desired colors onto a 3 3/4″ x 5″ white card. Dry emboss the card with the Birthday folder and round two of the corners. Adhere a black 4″ x 5 1/4″ card to the base. Adhere the embossed card to base. Die cut the blossom in white card and adhere to panel. Die cut the sentiment in black and adhere to card. Add gems as desired.
