Die cut a white card using the largest Stitched Rectangle (4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″). Stamp the ground as shown. Using Lost Shadow, ink blend the “sidewalk”. Ink blend the sky with Tumbled Glass. Stamp and die cut the cat and the sentiment. Die cut the balloons in white and then in several different colors of card. Die cut several balloon bunches in white and layer them, adhere to front of card. Fill in the balloons with the different colors of card and adhere. Adhere the cat with foam tape and the sentiment with liquid glue. Add highlights to the balloons with the white gel pen.
